The Government of Norfolk Island is seeking community feedback on whether Norfolk Island should further explore the concept of a Norfolk Island Land Trust.

This consultation is for discussion only.

No Land Trust has been proposed for establishment and no decisions regarding land ownership or governance have been made.

Thank you for participating in this consultation process.

The Government of Norfolk Island values the views, experiences, and ideas of the community.

Feedback received will be collated and analysed, with a summary of community responses presented at a future meeting of the General Assembly.

The results of the consultation will assist the General Assembly in determining whether, and in what form, any further work on this proposal should proceed.
