The Government of Norfolk Island has released details of the upcoming General Assembly to be held on Saturday 10 October 2026 at South Pacific Hotel Function Room.
The Assembly will consider a range of significant matters affecting Norfolk Island's future, including constitutional modernisation ahead of the 2027 General Election, Government of Norfolk Island's position on the proposed expansion of the Norfolk Marine Park, population and immigration planning, community wellbeing, and governance initiatives.
The meeting will also receive updates on Norfolk Island's external relations framework. Community members are encouraged to attend, review the supporting papers, ask questions, and participate in discussions on matters that will help shape the Island's future.
